Hi all,
Our tech team is working to launch a tax center on the main submit site (after you log in). This will provide step-by-step instructions on what forms to fill out - and which forms apply to you (including whether you submit as an individual or as a business).
And yes, this will also provide a checkbox (or something like that - I'm not certain as it isn't live yet) that will allow you to inform us that you are in the process of getting the proper paperwork processed.
Shortly after the tax center is live, we'll also implement a feature that allows you to fill out a W-8BEN (if this particular form applies to you) directly from our site.
When will the tax center be up? We're hoping to have it live by the end of the week, but it could be early next week.
And again, apologies for all of the confusion - we are working to make this transition as smooth as possible, and we appreciate everyone's patience.
